Shaira’s Carobe Coconut Cookies ( gluten and refined sugar free)


5 spoons of Carob

225 gram glutenfree flower

50 gram raw Sugar Cane Sugar

1 ripe banana ( the ones with the brown spots are the best!)

150 grams of grated coconut or coconut flakes

160 gram coconutoil

1 vanilla pod

Make a dough with the flower, Cane Sugar and oil

Place it shortly in the freezer for 15 minutes

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees

make little balls and flatten them on the bakingtray

bake the cookies about 20 minutes in the oven
